Tharchen is the CEO of Educare Skill, Bhutan’s first online learning platform, and co-founder of iBEST, a leading multimedia and tech company. With over 16 years of experience across journalism, consulting, training, and animation, he is committed to making learning engaging and accessible. He directed the award-winning animated film The Legend of Pemi Tshewang Tashi and has led the production of over 1,000 audio-visual works. Under his leadership, iBEST now em- ploys over 75 professionals and is developing multiple feature films and animated series. A passionate storyteller, Mr. Tharchen champions stories that empower and inspire across generations.
