He is a project manager at the Gelephu Mindfulness City where his projects center around the city’s business en- vironment, financial services regulations and digital asset ecosystem. He is also a Visiting Researcher at the Henkaku Center at the Chiba Institute of Technology, acting as the Chiba Tech-Bhutan liaison. Prior to this, he was a cognitive scientist at MIT and University of Oxford, studying models of visual attention.
